Customer Service Representative ($18-$20/hour / REMOTE)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide written correspondence via email
• Assist customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services and make recommendations for optimal product satisfaction
• Maintain customer accounts and collect feedback for product and service improvement
• Prepare product and service reports by analyzing customer information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 2+ years of previous customer service/call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn, gain, and retain product and procedural knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility

• Experience in collectibles authentication and grading industry
