Customer Service Rep-Mountain Time Zone Only
Talascend is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a remote Customer Service Representative located in Mountain Time Zone ONLY.
Job Overview:
The Caption Care Operations Specialist works within the Caption Care Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence. They include but are not limited to: integration tasks, scheduling, PAS team support, Inbound and outbound calling for patients and key initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ā Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service.
Ā Contribute to activities within the broader operations team.
Ā Contribute to Operations teams activities to build outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform.
Ā Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling/call center requirements and features.
Ā Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ā Bachelors degree in Business or related field
Ā 3-5 years experience in a healthcare delivery support role.
Ā Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.
Ā Ability to work independently.
