Customer Service Phone/Chat Support Agent

We are seeking a Customer Service Support professional to assist our clients with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Ā Assist clients with scheduling appointments and resolving issues
Ā Provide product information and recommendations
Ā Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Ā Handle a variety of customer service tasks, from order processing to pricing updates.
Ā Support the sales and business development teams with customer service needs.
Ā Prioritize and manage urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ā Prior Epicor knowledge is a plus
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization.
Ā Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ā Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival to scheduled shifts.
Ā Ability to follow verbal instructions
Ā Ability to be cross trained in other departments to help with unexpectedly high demands.
Qualifications:
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ā Previous customer service experience preferred
Ā Knowledge of the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry a plus
