Key Responsibilities:

Ā Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Ā Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes.
Ā Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism.
Ā Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Ā Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Ā Product Expertise:
Ā Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions.
Ā Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers.
Ā Stay up-to-date on... new product launches and promotions.
Ā Communication:
Ā Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing.
Ā Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times.
Ā Team Management (If applicable):
Ā Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
Ā Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Ā Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.
