AI Business Analyst/Consultant

Robert Half Technology is seeking an AI Innovation Program Manager to help a major global brand transform how they work using next-generation AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and emerging automation platforms. What You'll Do AI Strategy & Execution • Drive AI adoption across the company by identifying high-impact use cases and leading implementation efforts. • Evaluate emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, TenX, etc.) and recommend solutions aligned with operational and customer experience goals. • Support development of AI-driven customer service chatbots, website automation workflows, and digital customer engagement tools. Program & Project Management • Lead AI projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, vendor coordination, testing, rollout, and optimization. • Build documentation, roadmaps, and adoption strategies to ensure sustained success. • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing and Director of AI Projects on customer-facing and operational AI initiatives. Operations, Inventory & ERP Innovation • Collaborate with operations, inventory, and supply chain teams to identify opportunities to leverage AI in forecasting, workflow automation, and ERP improvements. • Recommend AI solutions that improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost savings. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with marketing, IT, customer service, and manufacturing leadership to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions. • Serve as an internal AI advocate, educating teams, sharing best practices, and driving adoption. Requirements What We're Looking For • Strong interest and practical experience with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms. • A blend of program management and technical understanding, ability to guide implementation without being a data scientist. • Experience with digital automation, customer experience tools, or AI chatbots is highly preferred. • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. • A self-starter with curiosity, drive, and a passion for experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies.
