Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions. Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process, suggesting improvements and innovations. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field being preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. The ability to handle high-volume calls and emails, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by our customer service schedule. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred. Experience with e-commerce platforms is also a plus, as it demonstrates an understanding of online retail operations and customer expectations.
