Amazon is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in California. As an entry-level Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and providing exceptional service. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
High level of patience and empathy
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)

Experience

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Experience working in a call center environment is an advantage
