Key Responsibilities Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance. Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer service and sales techniques. Utilize data and metrics to inform coaching strategies and measure success. Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with team leaders to align coaching with business objectives and Core Values. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate guidance. Work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively to meet performance goals. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service and/or call center operations. Intermediate proficiency in computer and office software is necessary, along with a keen attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include: Proven experience in customer service and/or call center environments. Intermediate computer and office software proficiency, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in coaching and feedback. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to positively influence team members. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation. Compensation and Benefits This part-time, remote position is scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00.
