Duties

ā¢ Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
ā¢ Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
ā¢ Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and service-related questions.
ā¢ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
ā¢ Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
ā¢ Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks.
Requirements
ā¢ Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
ā¢ Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus.
ā¢ Proficient computer skills, including data entry and typing capabilities.
ā¢ Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate resolutions.
ā¢ Demonstrated experience in cash handling is an advantage.
