⢠Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
⢠Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks.
Requirements
⢠Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
⢠Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
⢠Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus.
⢠Proficient computer skills, including data entry and typing capabilities.
⢠Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate resolutions.
⢠Demonstrated experience in cash handling is an advantage.
