Handle inquiries regarding billing, payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
Identify upsell opportunities and recommend appropriate services and products to customers
Perform troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support for complex customer issues
Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of calls, chats, and emails
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Previous call center or customer service experience
Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace that meets work-from-home standards
Ability to comply with organizational security and performance management protocols
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to customer interactions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer acquisition roles
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Previous experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
Ability to handle multiple tools and systems simultaneously
