Key Responsibilities
Ā Conduct outbound calls to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ā Capture and enter data accurately during interactions.
Ā Upsell products and services as appropriate.
Ā Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
Ā Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
Ā Experience: At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripts is required.
Ā Communication Skills: A clear, friendly, and professional voice; strong people skills and active listening abilities are essential.
Ā Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ā Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.
Ā Education: High school diploma or GED.
Ā Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency are necessary.
Work-from-Home Requirements
Ā A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Ā A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
Ā USB-connected headset and webcam.
Ā A quiet workspace free from distractions, such as pets and children.
