As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent customer service to clients assisting with their energy business. Primary responsibilities include taking calls, taking customer orders, and providing issue resolution and other type of back-office processing.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Entry Level Customer Service jobs:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1-2 years of related experience
· Strong computer skills
· MUST have your own WIFI
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
· Must have strong data entry experience
· Type 40 wpm
· Must be familiar with Office Works Programs
