What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily
Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Call center experience is a plus
Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
Must be available to work during business hours after training
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services environment
Familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices
Strong communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
