About the Role: Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing card members' concerns via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Ensure that every interaction with our card members is exceptional, informative, and personalized.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of American Express products and services to effectively assist card members with their inquiries, account management, and financial needs. Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to our card members.
Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure security and compliance with industry standards. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by following established protocols and participating in ongoing training and development programs. Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Essential and Preferred Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with card members, colleagues, and management.
