About the Role: GLOBO is expanding our customer operations, and we’re seeking Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join the team! The CSA will facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. If you like this idea, here’s more… As a CSA, you are responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. In addition to facilitating intake calls, you will: • Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews • Provide exceptional client service experiences • Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients. • Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients A candidate for this role can be located anywhere in the US. Schedules will be set two weeks in advance, and the schedule would include hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends. Full and Part-Time Positions are Available! Flexibility is key for this role.
