– Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
– Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
