Key Responsibilities Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone, online, and text message to address their queries, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments, ensuring their needs are met. Triage Incoming Calls: Effectively route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including processing payments and updating customer information in our systems. Policy Adherence: Understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; or 1 month of related experience. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in word processing and typing. Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must meet minimum technology requirements, including the type and speed of internet service. Residence within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
