Key Responsibilities:

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software.
Preferred Skills:
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Amazon services and platforms.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
