Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at Workwarp, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a seamless travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process.
Using computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, and manage the check-in process.
Ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation.
Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts.
Operating jet ways, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
Assisting customers with seat availability, making gate announcements, and managing the boarding process.
Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
Standing for long periods and lifting bags or items weighing up to 70 pounds.


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our systems and technology.
The ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and between 50 and 70 pounds occasionally.
A willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Authorization to live and work in the Bahamas at the time of your application.
A commitment to safety and security, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
