Part-Time REMOTE Customer Care Agent (Cares Car Wash)

For for our customers, our team, and our community. We’re looking for a friendly, positive, and reliable Customer Care Agent to join our team part-time!
What You’ll Do:
• Answer customer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care
• Help resolve questions about memberships, services, and locations
• Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience
• Support our team with light administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a benefit.
Schedule:
• Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
• Must be available weekends (4–6 hours on Saturday & Sunday)
