Learn more about DEI at blithequark on our YouTube channel: **What You'll Do** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Inbound Agent, you will: * Serve as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on blithequark technology, and more. * Continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients. * Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year. * Work in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day, where you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance metrics. **To Succeed in This Role** To excel in this role, you must have: * At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience. * The ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. * A college degree is great, but not required.
