Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:


Handling inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral
Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on a booking system
Providing polite and professional telephone manner, empathizing with callers, and respecting their needs at all times
Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards


Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
