**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Sales Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Building relationships and selling to Market Manager and store level decision makers
* Communicating effectively with multiple levels of the customer's organization
* Collaborating with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to support the development of programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives
* Conducting post-promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated customer area and providing feedback to leader on market trends
* Selling-in and implementing local, regional, and national marketing programs
* Building frontline engagement with your customer
* Selling in look of success to customer and measuring marketplace execution
* Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
* Building customer and selling capabilities within field organization

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
* Strong communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring)
* Strong collaboration skills
* Ability to create and conduct sales presentations
* Analytical thinking (Strategic, Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving)
* Consumer Goods and Beverage Industry knowledge preferred
* Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with customer
* Change agent who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-5 years in consumer goods industry, preferably in a sales role
* Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
* Must be 18 years of age or older

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
* Excellent planning and organization skills
* Proficient in computer application skills
* Ability to use and understand mobile applications
* Ability to work variable schedule, potential weekends, and holidays
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
* Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company
* Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
* Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
* Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds. Occasional lifting of 50+pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling
* Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print
* Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
* Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday
