Investor Relations Summer Intern

Support Investor Relations at Equitable Holdings through financial analysis, presentation preparation, and strategic business research in a hybrid New York internship. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Coordinate and prepare management presentations for executive management, board meetings, and conferences • Deliver clear, cohesive presentations to leadership teams inside and outside Finance • Assist in project management and planning of key events and priorities • Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research • Contribute to team discussions and client meetings • Support execution of process improvement initiatives • Promote team engagement About You The company is looking for: • Rising senior or rising junior pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products • Preferred experience with financial/quantitative data analysis • Ability to formulate clear executive messages from complex topics • Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, solve problems, and think strategically • Proactive with comfort working in ambiguous environments and anticipating needs • Strong interpersonal skills and ease interacting with all organizational levels • Organized with attention to detail • Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Compensation & Benefits • $22/hour hourly rate • Competitive compensation and outstanding benefits package including 401(k) and medical programs • Hybrid/flexible work environment requiring 3-4 days per week in the New York office Training & Development • Opportunities for continued professional development in a congenial corporate environment • Networking opportunities with peers in the program Career Progression • Opportunities to move within the organization to grow career and skills without leaving Equitable • Almost 40% of open jobs are filled with current employees This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job Apply tot his job
