Monday 11:00-19:30

Thursday 09:00-14:00

Friday 09:00-13:30

Option 3 - 15 hours per week

Monday 17:00-19:30

Tuesday 10:00-15:30

Wednesday 11:30-14:30

??Salary: 17 hrs pw £10,201.36 per annum (£11.54ph) Plus PRP up to 40%
15 hrs pw £9,001.20 per annum (£11.54ph) Plus PRP up to 40%

You will need to be able to commit to 2 weeks training Monday to Friday 09:30 - 16:30

??THE ROLEYou will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. The role requires giving our customer needs based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up lead calls. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout. On a day to day basis you will be Managing and converting lead generated inbound callsBeing a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutionsMeeting and exceeding personal and team targetsUp-selling additional products and servicesExisting customer engagement and service managementBeing a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello valuesActively looking at new ways to improve customer journey.

??ABOUT YOU

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You will be great at building rapport with clients and have great success with achieving and surpassing targets. It would be advantageous if you have used Customer Relationship management (CRM) software.

You have a customer-centric mindset, highly organised and have a good level of education. You will have previous experience in a telephone based sales role and working remotely.
