As a Customer Representative, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills, build strong relationships with our clients and their customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. **What You'll Do in This Role** As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction through a range of channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times, following our guidelines and procedures * Handling incoming customer contacts, logging call details, and performing call follow-ups as required * Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process, including product recommendation and after-sales support * Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective client's brand units and/or contact persons * De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within client procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases * Ensuring correct presentation of the client's corporate image in all interactions, representing their brand and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels **Your Qualifications** We're looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
