What you’ll be doing:
Handling incoming inquiries.
Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls.
Understanding client needs and building trust-based relationships.
Organizing and conducting Zoom calls.
Entering and managing data in CRM.
Who we’re looking for:
Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of investment instruments and terminology (required).
Experience working with CRM systems.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies.
