• Cultivate customer advocacy programs to incentivize referrals and testimonials.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze metrics related to product adoption and marketing performance.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer or product marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills to create compelling marketing content.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and experience with tech products.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
