The Role: Customer Experience Representative
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Making live outbound calls to customers to gather feedback, improve customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty
Providing top-notch service, empathy, and understanding to customers, ensuring their voices are heard and valued

Answering inbound calls after hours, taking messages, and escalating urgent matters to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
A college degree from an accredited institution
5+ years of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
