And we're looking for a designer who can bring that dual mission to life.
The Role
We're hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take our content to the next level. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce high-performing, brand-aligned visuals across every format. This is a remote opportunity for creatives based in LATAM, with both full-time and part-time paths available.
What You'll Do
• Design scroll-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, testimonials, stories, ads)
• Create visual assets for email, internal decks, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand channels
• Add creative direction and elevate the overall look & feel of the Elevate brand
• Collaborate with marketing on new ideas and bring them to life-fast
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of graphic design and video editing experience
• Proficient in English (written + spoken)-we're a U.S.-based team
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
• Experience with Canva and social-first design
• A strong portfolio that shows clean design, smart motion, and brand personality
• Experience working with a U.S.-based company is a big plus
• Detail-oriented, self-managed, and great at working in a fast-moving team
Compensation & Perks
• Full-time $900/$1.200 USD per month.
• Paid role, full-time or part-time
• Fully remote from anywhere in LATAM
