Customer Experience Data Analyst @ Unilever

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE ​​ Customer Experience Data Analyst, Reporting by implementing: VBA, PBI. ​Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation and performance reporting.​Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.​Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD.​Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior.​Using customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements​. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications ​​A minimum of 2 years of experience in go to market supply chain functions as data analyst or IT functions. ​Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT). ​English language - minimum B2 level as a must. ​Knowledge of Python and API as an advantage.
