Accountabilities Scope of work Sales VolumeTo achieve the monthly sales volume target as per Annual Operating Plan decided by the management. This will include the following:Volume target for the monthYAGO (Year Ago) for the monthAOP percentage growth for the month Distributor wise target for the monthMarket ExecutionEnsure all the Racks/Visi/Product placement against according to the market execution planManage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation of products in the outletsEnsure maximum in-store visibility by continuously monitoring the stock placement in the assigned outletsOutlet Addition in the territoryTo ensure Urban hub and spokes additions as per the plan by regularly monitoring the following parameters:Key outlets additionsVisi placement New accounts openedDistributor HandlingReview & ensure distributor stock against norms by conducting Physical Verification Timely review Distributor systems & stock and resolve issues in the market (if any)Training & DevelopmentTraining PSRs to handle accounts independently by ensuring PSR training man-days are as per the planAlso monitoring PSR attrition
