The Role: Customer Engineer, Infrastructure Modernization
Are you passionate about helping organizations modernize their infrastructure and embrace the cloud? Do you thrive in customer-facing roles where you can combine technical expertise with exceptional communication skills? If so, arenaflex is looking for a talented Customer Engineer to join our Infrastructure Modernization team.

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our innovative cloud solutions and the unique business challenges our customers face. You'll be the technical face of arenaflex for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through their cloud transformation journey with expertise, empathy, and strategic insight.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving technical success for our customers across various industries. Your days will be filled with engaging activities that combine your technical prowess with your ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support: Work collaboratively with our sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities. You'll help recognize key customer technical objections and develop comprehensive strategies to resolve technical blockers that stand in the way of successful implementations.
Technical Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for arenaflex customers. This includes managing product and solution briefings, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and coordinating additional technical resources when needed to ensure customer success.
Solution Demonstration: Work directly with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex Cloud product integrations in their specific environments. You'll showcase how our solutions solve real-world business challenges through hands-on technical demonstrations.
Infrastructure Assessment & Modernization: Guide customers through comprehensive assessments of their existing legacy application environments. You'll analyze current infrastructure, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and provide detailed recommendations for application modernization roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Architecture & Integration Strategy: Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement complete solutions on arenaflex Cloud. You'll design blueprints that ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product marketing management and engineering teams to stay ahead of industry trends. Your insights will help shape enhancements to arenaflex Cloud products and ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Customer Advocacy: Problem-solve key technical issues for our customers, serving as their trusted advisor. You'll listen actively to understand their needs and deliver solutions that are most helpful for their specific situations.
