What you'll do Support the growth and engagement level of Pigment’s online community.Review community content and identify help topics or relevant posts that need to be created.Maintain a regular badging process to recognize user achievements.Create and manage a list of users for potential community spotlights.Track and organize unanswered posts in a structured format.Research and assess community tooling improvements.Compare Pigment’s community with other online communities to identify areas for improvement.Assist in planning and hosting virtual and in-person community events.Help update and document core community processes.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to share insights and feedback.Work from within the customer success team to bring value to our global client base. Who you are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, Business, or Computer Science.Passionate about online communities, customer engagement, and digital content.Curious and eager to explore new tools and technologies to enhance the community experience.Strong written and verbal English communication skillsEager to pick up new skills and technologiesA strategic thinker who can generate creative ideas for engagement.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple initiatives.Previous experience in marketing, events, or community engagement ideal (internships or university clubs).Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Nice-to-have: Proficient in either data science relevant tooling or creative content tooling (either R, Python, SQL etc OR Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc) How we work Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
