What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service for incoming inquiries from internal and external customers
- Resolve issues by researching and determining alternative solutions
- Fulfill credentialing requests by sending packets or links to DHPs
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on DHP credentialing applications
- Assist the Data Entry/Reporting team in monitoring credentialing mailboxes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or GED equivalent required
- One to three years of experience in a related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and general office products
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with credentialing processes or systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
