Customer Care Specialist - Remote Michigan

*Location:* 100% Remote (Michigan Only)
*Pay Rate:* $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
*Shift:* Flexible, must be available for shifts between 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST, including weekends
*Contract Length:* 12 months - potential to extend based on performance
Key Responsibilities** Serve as the product expert for current and future EV lineups and associated services.
Assist customers through chat, phone, and email regarding products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service issues.
Ensure comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries, enhancing their EV buying and ownership experience.
Continuously improve customer satisfaction by leveraging strategic insights and providing tailored solutions.
