Position Description: A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of products.
Duties will include:
Ā Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
Ā Providing detailed order information.
Ā Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.
Qualifications:
Ā Basic computer navigation skills required.
Ā Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook required.
Ā Customer Service experience desired.
Ā Call Center experience desired.
Ā HS Diploma/GED required.
Ā CSR Test Exam.
