Job Description:

Time Warner Cable is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional... manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming customer calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
2. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
3. Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging customer interactions, showing empathy and understanding.
4. Maintain a high level of confidence and independence when handling customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
5. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer care.
6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
7. Utilize company resources and tools to effectively manage customer accounts and provide personalized service.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong research skills and the ability to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries.
3. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers in various situations.
4. Confident and independent personality traits to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
