What We're Looking For

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Driver Support team at arenaflex. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering world-class customer service to clients and drivers who reach out through our contact center via telephone, email, or chat.

This is a US-based remote position located near our office in Hopkins, MN. The position operates on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, working 40 hours per week. Our team hours span from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time, providing flexibility in shift selection. A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Representative

Every day brings new opportunities to connect with customers and solve their challenges. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will:


Provide comprehensive customer service through telephone, chat, and email channels, addressing inquiries related to first-level Web Support, Fuel Card assistance, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing services.
Handle customer interactions efficiently while minimizing the time drivers and clients spend waiting for issue resolution, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory.
Strive for first-call resolution on every interaction, taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish and ensuring complete satisfaction before ending the conversation.
Exhibit genuine empathy during all customer interactions, actively listening to concerns, acknowledging feelings, and demonstrating a sincere commitment to resolving their needs.
Assess customer needs thoroughly by asking clarifying questions, conducting comprehensive research, and providing tailored solutions or alternatives that address their unique situations.
Meet personal and team targets for both qualitative and quantitative metrics, contributing to overall team success and organizational goals.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues during peak periods and providing backup assistance for administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain consistent attendance during all scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.


Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service work experience required
Contact center experience is strongly preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to consider and incorporate diverse perspectives from colleagues and customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
