The Customer Care Associate Role: A Critical Part of Our Success

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners. Your role will be to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a complex and challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:


Handle a high volume of customer calls (50+ per day) and respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with drivers and dry cleaning partners to resolve issues and ensure continued great service to our customers
Use your initiative to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to customer problems
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved
Work collaboratively with the customer care team to identify and implement process improvements
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required


Requirements: The Skills and Qualities We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:


A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer care role, preferably in a similar industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet
A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
A reliable and supportive team player, with a positive and flexible attitude
The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience working in a similar industry, such as laundry or dry cleaning
Knowledge of customer care software and technology, such as CRM systems
Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
