You'll answer customer questions, provide advice, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. **Your qualifications**
We're looking for a fluent German/English speaking advisor who is accurate, efficient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
* A secondary vocational education (MBO) or equivalent
* General computer skills and an interest in technology
* A minimum of 32 hours per week availability between 08:00h and 18:00h
* A natural talent for helping others and going above and beyond for our customers
