The Opportunity:Lead, coach and develop a small team of customer adoption managers, ensure that performance targets are achieved. Leading team meetings, 1-1s and contributing to the commercial managers meetingSupporting the team with escalations for complex internal and external queriesSupport enterprise account onboarding and early lifecycle management, building strong stakeholder relationshipsWhat we need from you:Solid experience in line management of at least 3 ICs and proven results, ideally within a customer adoption or account management team.Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with your team and senior stakeholders (including C-suite)Thrive in data-driven environments, using metrics to inform decisions and achieve measurable improvements.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic projects that drive business impact.What's in it for you: Grow with Goodlord: your development is important to us, that’s why we are Great Place to Work - certified.
