What We Need We are seeking energetic, passionate people who enjoy the outdoors and want to play a key role for the position of part-time permanent Custodial Work Supervisor within the Division of Parks & Watercraft, headquartered at Mohican State Park in Ashland County. What You Will Do… Oversees custodial services at Mohican State Park, including 27 cabins, shower houses, restrooms, etc.; Trains & supervises staff (e.g., assigns duties, handles scheduling, approves time, hires seasonal staff); Assures facilities are clean to meet customer expectations; Interacts with customers by answering questions, providing directions, & handling complaints; Assists with managing operations (e.g. inventory, purchasing, reports, work orders). Starting hourly pay of $20.85/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 2.5 years of service, with an end salary of $23.61/hr. There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied.
