The Curriculum Specialist at McGraw Hill is a remote role designed for former educators with a background in Grades 6-12. This position focuses on creating and delivering effective digital tools, curriculum, and learning solutions that enhance the educational experience for students and teachers. The role involves conducting sales presentations, professional development training, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers to drive product adoption and sales.

Responsibilities
• Deliver highly effective sales presentations of products to internal and external customers.
,
• Foster relationships and leverage knowledge to increase sales.
,
• Conduct professional development and in-service training of all products for new and current users.
,
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of selected products.
,
• Conduct training for the internal sales force.
,
• Build strong relationships with sales team members.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
,
• 3+ years of teaching experience in Secondary Grades.
,
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and online/web-based tools.
,
• Versatile technology skills.
,
• Ability to travel overnight often (85%).
,
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
,
• Valid driver's license.
,
• Residence near a major metropolitan airport.

Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience with curriculum selection preferred.
,
• Ability to develop rapport with an audience and effectively respond to audience questions.
,
• Previous teaching experience with McGraw Hill secondary math programs a plus.
,
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Annual salary prorated based on 10 working months and paid over 12 months.
