As a Curriculum, Professional Development, and Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating, implementing, and presenting instructional resources, including iBlocks, OTIS courses, skills videos, blogs, Teq-tivities, and more. Your expertise will empower K-12 schools and school districts to provide high-quality, standards-based, technology-infused professional development for teachers, school leaders, and educational support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging PD/PL sessions and instructional resources for teachers, Pre-K to 12, catering to diverse learning styles
Develop lesson objectives, outlines, and course documents in line with Teq PD standards
Create project-based learning lessons, pathways, and supporting content and curriculum resources
Utilize various tools to craft interactive and engaging courses for embedded trainings and online formats
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, communicating content expertise, product knowledge, and implementation experience to build trust with clients
Provide on-site demonstrations and training of our products to School Boards, School Administrators, Principals, Teachers, and Students
Attend conferences and roadshows, representing Teq and showcasing our innovative solutions
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Education Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, with expertise in instructional design, learning design, and/or curriculum design
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Proven ability in creating and implementing professional development, with experience integrating technology into curriculum and instruction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management and organization skills
Computer Science experience in coding/programming is a plus

Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $70,000
