This position focuses on creating engaging content for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring alignment with educational standards, and integrating innovative digital experiences to enhance learning. The role requires a strong background in early childhood education and aims to support teachers and families in providing high-quality education.

Responsibilities
• Develop and refine engaging curriculum content for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, including teacher guides, lesson plans, educational materials, children's literature, and resources for families.

• Ensure that curriculum aligns with relevant educational standards to support business growth and enhance educational impact.

• Stay informed about the latest research, educational trends, and best practices in early childhood education and integrate this knowledge to continuously enhance our curriculum.

• Design digital lesson plans and instructional materials for online teacher training, leveraging best practices in online adult learning.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for integrating the curriculum into innovative digital experiences that benefit schools, educators, and families.

Requirements
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• 5+ years of proven experience in curriculum writing & development.

• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

• Experience in physical and digital learning environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Innovative mindset with a passion for enhancing early childhood education.
