Responsibilities
ā¢ Complete all required training and onboarding activities.

ā¢ Organize student-facing materials in Microsoft Teams and/or Moodle.

ā¢ Prepare the classroom space for the first day of class.

ā¢ Submit syllabus and required materials for approval.

ā¢ Deliver engaging courses featuring facilitated learning.

ā¢ Provide ongoing feedback to students within 48 business hours.

ā¢ Administer pre- and post-tests as required.

ā¢ Complete end-of-course evaluations for each student.

ā¢ Assign grades according to established rubrics.

ā¢ Establish classroom norms and communicate expectations for student conduct.

ā¢ Attend to student health and wellness matters according to established protocols.

Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university is required.

ā¢ At least two years of teaching or tutoring experience is required.

ā¢ Advanced knowledge of biology is essential.

ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

ā¢ Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is required.
