OCHIN is excited to support our continued national expansion and the increasing demand for our innovative tools and services by welcoming new talent to our growing team.Position Overview - Open to Residence in California only***** We are currently looking for a CTRC (California Telehealth Resource Center) Project Coordinator with experience in healthcare and/or telehealth tech to join our team. ********Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and management of new and existing related projects at California Telehealth Resource Center ("CTRC") and OCHIN. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, tracking all follow-ups and assuring deliverables are executed to progress your projects forward.You will manage project plans, raise risks and create risk mitigation plans to assure deadlines are met. You will provide clear updates to and coordinate with other project managers and leadership at OCHIN to assure project health.You will work closely with project champions, owners, and stakeholders to achieve successful projects requiring cross-functional activities and tracking between various teams at CTRC and OCHIN. You will work closely with internal and external project managers, analysts, and operations staff who range in areas of expertise.Essential DutiesCoordinate small-scale projects under supervision or close direction from ManagersReview resource requests for gaps and review with SupervisorAssist others in supporting Smartsheet utilizationUpdate and maintain related project statusBuild and organize appropriate project plans for any assigned project at the CTRC and OCHINDevelop, document, and maintain/revise all project materialsAct as primary contact point for assigned projects (new or existing) by working with all stakeholders needed to gather information and track progress to goals for interface implementation (i.e. vendors, CTRC, OCHIN, clients, and external partners)Provide excellent customer services and build strong relationship with CTRC stakeholders, strengthening their trust in the CTRC and OCHIN partnership.Collaborate/negotiate with project champions/owners on project management strategy, timeframes, and specific outcomes to be achievedManage risks/issues, communicate status, and negotiate changes in scope/resources/timeline to ensure project champion/owner and partner/client is satisfied with resultsEscalate risks/issues as appropriate to CTRC or OCHIN leadershipOther duties as assignedAssist in coordinating meetings and materials for team meetings as assignedAssist other Managers/Project Coordinators on projects (internal and external) as assignedTake clear notes and communicate with the project managersHelp with scheduling meetings and resources of the projectUpdate/create documentation as needed for the departmentProvide scoping meeting coordination and facilitation as needed/assigned to support technical resources in scoping activities.Provide operational support as assigned, including supporting and assisting with implementation of changes to project management and scoping processes as assignedCollaborate on process improvements within team and participate in process improvement efforts ¡ Assist in identification of opportunities for process and quality improvement
Requirements
Bachelors or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience.1-3 years of related work experience- management/coordination of projectsProject Management training a plus.Healthcare and digital health a plus.Canva, WordPress, and social media experience a plus. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
