- **Documentation**: Log customer interactions and feedback accurately in our system to contribute to customer insights and future enhancements to our services.

- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure conversations are conducted professionally and align with Instacart’s quality and satisfaction standards.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.
