CSR - Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines
Galloway Insurance Agency is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Agent to service existing customers and generate new business for our well established agency. We are looking for a friendly professional with experience in insurance, banking or other related financial setting. Prior educators and teachers are welcome to apply. Qualifications for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:
· Property & Casualty license is preferred or willingness to obtain
· Insurance experience is preferred
· Financial services experience is a plus
· Sales experience is a plus
· Life & Health license is a plus
· Must be coachable
· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
· Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
· Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
· Sell, solicit, service and negotiate insurance plans based on the needs of your assigned or prospective customers portfolio
